Bird and Banner are always busy creating pretty little things. This is one of their newer projects that caught my eye. LOVE!

One of my favorite Phoenix designers, Jeffrey McKee, has some beautiful screen prints for sale at Haus Modern Living. He has 5 hanging right now. I felt like a sneak snapping a quick picture with my iphone. You have to check them out in person. The Thriller poster is epic!

Calligraphy

Working at an invitation studio, I see custom calligraphy on a regular basis. Each individual piece is just stunning and melts my heart. I’ve been practicing calligraphy here and there, nothing too spectacular to share yet. If you don’t already know her, I’d like to introduce you to Roxanne. She creates gorgeous script right here in Phoenix. She’s no amateur friends. Her website does no justice to her level of skill and beauty in the world of a pen, ink, and paper. (Her white ink on black paper is my most favorite!)

Little Letterpress Love

On Halloween The Paper Studio in Tempe held their 1st Wayzgoose festival. Chris and I made recycled paper, envelopes, and even used a few of their presses. Oh, I also purchased a little 3×5 letterpress! It’s my first one and I’m so excited to have it! As soon as I print my first piece I will post them here!
